About ENA HomeCare Services

ENA HomeCare Services is the new trading name of ENA CareCall Ltd, which is a well-known and highly regarded care and support agency managed by “Your Health Ltd.” We were established in 1998 and have served the East Midlands ever since. We are based in Swadlincote, but also cover surrounding areas - click here for details.

ENA HomeCare Services provides personalised home care and support services 24 hours, 7 days a week, including bank holidays. “Your Health Group” also operates a number of care homes in England and Wales. Further information can be found at the end of this page.

ENA HomeCare Services provides a wide range of day-to day care and support services for the elderly and adults over 18-years-old with dementia, physical and learning disabilities, mental health conditions, and those with sensory impairment. We also provide respite care or crisis support for families who require a break from their caring duties.

At ENA HomeCare Services we understand that the care needs of each person are different. For this reason our care and support services are tailored to each individual.

Our registered manager is highly skilled and experienced in working with the elderly, and those living with mental health conditions or physical disabilities.

Our carers are competent and compassionate individuals who subscribe to our core vision and values; putting the people who use our service first in every aspect of care provided. Maintaining good practice in the delivery of care is our absolute priority, and we place particular emphasis on protecting the independence, dignity and privacy of the people who use our service.

We have a passion for providing care and empowering the people that use our service. To achieve this we listen to each individual, and collaborate with their families and representatives to ensure that we maintain a person-centred service, based on their assessed care needs.

Hannah Perry - Registered Manager

Hannah began her social care career in 1999, working at a care home near Burton-on-Trent. She came to ENA HomeCare Services (formerly ENA CareCall Ltd) as a community carer. in October 2000. Hannah progressed to Registered Manager in 2006 and hold the following relevant qualifications:

NVQ level 4 in Leadership and Management for Care Services
Registered Managers' Award
NVQ in Health and Social Care
Advanced Medication Training

Hannah participates in continuous professional development to enhance her social work, knowledge and skills. These courses include: Dementia, Person Centred Care, Administering Medication, Safeguarding of Adults, Moving and Positioning of People, Infection Control, Tissue Viability, Fire Safety, Food Hygiene, First Aid, Health and Safety, Risk Assessment and Managing Employees. Hannah’s role includes reviewing your care and support plan, and performing risk assessments so that the care you are receiving will continue to meet your needs.

Hannah says; “I am a compassionate person, and a keen advocate for those who require support with their care and to remain living independently in the comfort of their own home. I firmly believe that the people who use our service should be supported in a manner that respects their dignity and privacy. I am really enthusiastic about providing high quality care to the people that use our service.

I derive satisfaction from knowing that those who use our service can trust me to go the extra mile to ensure their care needs are met."

Domiciliary Care Team

Our Domiciliary Care Team is not only supported by Hannah, but also by an administrative team that is fully trained and competent in handling your enquiries.

Claire Watson is our Care Coordinator. She will create your care package around your needs, and arranges the staff rotas, and keeps you up to date with the times your carer will visit you.
Lynne Firth is our Administrator. She handles all of the important documents relating to our staff, and the people who use our services.
Lisa Gumbs is our Senior Carer. She shares the responsibility of covering our on-call service.
Lisa Baker is our Payroll Manager.
Julie Todd is our Human Resources Manager.
Mel Guest manages invoicing.

Community Care Staff

Our carers are required to adhere to our values, and are thoroughly vetted and supervised to ensure the safety of our clients. We believe in training our carers to the highest standard, and supporting them to deliver a responsive and professional service.

To this end, over 75% of our care staff have completed, or are undertaking a Health and Social care diploma. 100% of our senior staff have completed an NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care.

All staff are trained in mandatory courses, such as the Safeguarding of Adults, Non-Abusive Psychological and Physical Intervention (Nappi), Medication, Moving and Handling, First Aid Awareness, Infection Control, Food Hygiene, Tissue Viability, Fire Safety, Health and Safety and Mental Capacity Act.

Other training includes Dementia, Falls Prevention and Equality and Diversity. Our carers are required to adhere to our values.

Westwood Residential Home

The home is situated in the picturesque market town of Ashby de La Zouch.

This splendid Victorian 3-storey house is set within an acre of land, and has its own secluded gardens to the front, side and rear of the property. There is ample parking for visitors.

Rider House Nursing Home

This home has, for many years, been a well-known landmark on Stapenhill Road, Burton-on-Trent.

It is a purpose-built care home in peaceful green surroundings with sweeping views of the local area.

Cedar Court Nursing Home
The home is conveniently located on the edge of the National Forest in Bretby. This characterful period property occupies an enviable rural site within landscaped parkland.
